4.                 Submit Teacher Recommendation Request form

5.                 Submit Records Request form

6.                 Complete Student Applicant Questionnaire

7.                  Submit Letter of Recommendation Request form

8.                  Remit evaluations and/or IEP documents (if applicable)

9.                  Schedule Student Shadow Day


Applicants being considered for admission may be contacted to schedule a family interview. Family interviews are conducted by the Head of School and Division Head. This is the time to learn more about The CinDay Academy’s distinctive education program, share your reasons for seeking enrollment, and discuss your child’s curriculum, extracurricular interests, and expectations for student life. We value this conversation as a means to ensure a mutual understanding and alignment between the school's offerings and your family's aspirations.
